Resources
Everything you need to get ready - packing lists, fitness prep, what to expect, and something to fuel the stoke.

The Packing List
Everything you need for a lodge-to-lodge trek - and nothing you don't. Daypack essentials, layers, footwear, and the small things that make a big difference.

Fitness Guide
These adventures are moderate-to-challenging - 6 to 13 miles a day with 1,500 to 3,000 feet of elevation gain. Download our progressive 8-week training calendar with a day-by-day weekly schedule you can print and stick on the fridge.

What a Day Looks Like
No two days are exactly the same, but here's the general rhythm.
Wake Up & Fuel Up
Breakfast at the lodge and an easy start to the morning.
Time to Hit the Trail
Hit the trail with your daypack and lunch packed for the day.
4–8 Hours Outside
Mountain passes, alpine lakes, pine and aspen forests, big views, lunch on the trail, and plenty of stops to take it all in.
Welcome to Town
Arrive at the next lodge, get settled, shower, and kick the boots off.
The Rest Is Yours
Explore town, grab a drink, relax at the lodge, or simply put your feet up.
Eat Well
Come back together for dinner at the lodge or a favorite local spot.
